Who we are
LoveYouGift (love-you-gift.com) lets you create digital love letters with text, photos and music. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we collect
Your email; the names, message, photos and music link you put in the letter; and, if you create an account, your name and a password stored encrypted. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How we use it
To publish the letter, send the link, QR code and certificate to your email, process payment, prevent fraud and answer support requests. We don't sell data or use your letter for advertising.
Where data is stored
On servers run by Cloudflare (hosting, database and files), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). These providers may process data outside your country under contractual safeguards.
Who sees the letter
Only people with the link. Letters are not indexed by search engines. If you add a password, it's required before any content is shown.
How long we keep it
24-hour letters stop being shown after the period ends. Unpaid drafts are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to delete a letter or your account at any time.

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data by writing to contato@love-you-gift.com.
