The service
LoveYouGift hosts digital letters for the period of the plan you choose: 24 hours, forever (for as long as the service exists), or from a scheduled date.
Your content
You are responsible for what you publish and must have the right to use the photos and text. Illegal, hateful or harassing content, or content exposing others without consent, is not allowed. We may remove letters that break these rules.
Payment and refunds
Payment is one-time and processed by Stripe. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Editing
Once published, a letter can't be edited. Check the preview before paying.
Availability
We work to keep letters online at all times, but the service may have maintenance or interruptions beyond our control.
